Paper Submission

  • Log in the Conference System ICVEE to submit your paper. You may need an account first.
  • ICVEE can only receive full paper submission through this ICVEE website.
  • Submissions have to be in the IEEE conference format.
  • Papers should follow the two-column IEEE conference style, between 4 to 6 pages.
  • The paper has to be written and presented in proper English.
  • Submitted articles have to be an original one, unpublished or under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • Review style: double-blind, author names and affiliation should be removed in your submission

Final Manuscript Preparation

  • Revise your manuscript based on the comments from the reviewers and prepare the final manuscript version.
  • Please make sure the formatting of your paper follows the IEEE conference style template here (4 – 6 pages, two columns, A4 size page). Extra pages up to 8 pages are allowed with an additional charge.
  • All the author names should be added both in your manuscript and in EasyChair.
  • The maximum of your manuscript similarity rating is less than 20%. Submissions with a similarity rating of 20% or higher will be rejected and no longer considered for ICVEE 2022
  • Generate your final manuscript pdf using IEEE PDF eXpress to ensure that it is IEEE Xplore compliant. Please follow the guideline below on how to use IEEE PDF eXpress. This PDF will become the final manuscript file that you need to upload.
  • You are required to transfer the copyright of your manuscript to IEEE electronically. Please click on the copyright icon (c) on the manuscript line inside “My Papers.”
  • If the paper is not presented at the conference, IEEE controls the right to exclude papers after the conference from distribution (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore).
  • PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE TITLE AND AUTHORS ENTERED ARE CORRECT BEFORE PERFORMING THIS STEP.
