SUBMISSION GUIDELINES (abstract specially) WITH FULL PAPER

ABSTRACT GUIDELINES

Each abstract must be divided into the following: Background, Motivation and Objective; Statement of Contribution/Methods; Results. It is recommended that the “result” include at least some quantified result already achieved.

A strong abstract will also:

  1. Consist of a single paragraph up to 250 words, with correct grammar and unambiguous terminology.
  2. Be self-contained. No abbreviations, footnotes, references, or mathematical equations. Highlight what is novel in your work.
  3. Include 3-5 keywords or phrases that describe the research to help readers find your article.

PLAGIARISM POLICY

Whether intentional or not, plagiarism is a serious violation. Plagiarism is the copying of ideas, text, data and other creative work (e.g., tables, figures and graphs) and presenting it as original research without proper citation. We define the maximum plagiarism of 20% similarity is acceptable.

We are Very serious about the Plagiarism Content; we accept only original Article, unpublished or under consideration for publication elsewhere. The article may be rejected any time if found plagiarized.

PAPER SUBMISSION

  1. Log in the EDAS (https://edas.info/N30880) to submit your paper. You may need an account first.
  2. ICVEE can only receive full paper submission through EDAS.
  3. Submissions have to be in the IEEE conference format. Please consult the following link for manuscript templates:  https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
  4. Papers should follow the two-column IEEE conference style, between 4 to 6 pages.
  5. Author names and affiliation should be removed in your intial submission (review style: double-blind).
  6. The paper has to be written and presented in proper English.

Final Manuscript Preparation (CAMERA-READY)

Uploading final manuscripts for accepted papers is essentially the same as uploading your review manuscript. Do NOT register a new paper.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE TITLE AND AUTHORS ENTERED ARE CORRECT BEFORE PERFORMING THESE STEPS:

  1. Prepare your final manuscript according to the comments from the reviewers.
  2. Please make sure the formatting follows IEEE Conference style templates (4–6 pages, two columns, A4-size page). Make sure that your paper does not contain any page numbers.
  3. Extra pages up to 8 pages are allowed with an additional charge.
  4. Generate the PDF of your final manuscript using IEEE PDF eXpress to ensure that it is IEEE Xplore compliant.

  1. The maximum similarity rate of is 30% (include reference). Final submission with similarity rate higher than 30% will no longer be considered for publication. Each paper submitted in EDAS is checked using iThenticate.
  2. In EDAS, go to My papers and click on the link under “Upload paper”.
  3. You are prompted to submit a copyright form first, either by uploading a scanned version of the printed form or, for IEEE conferences, by going to the IEEE electronic copyright form (eCF). If necessary, for the appropriate copyright notice, contact:
  1. During upload, EDAS checks whether your paper meets the conference formatting requirements. In particular, it checks that all fonts are embedded.
  2. IEEE controls the right to exclude accepted papers that are not presented (no show) on the conference.

How to Register and Submit a Paper to ICVEE 2023 via EDAS:
