Conference & Submission Policy
Papers accepted and presented at ICVEE 2026 will be submitted for possible inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. IEEE reserves the right to exclude papers from publication if they are not presented by an author at the conference or do not meet IEEE publication requirements.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Similarity Policy
Any use of AI-generated content (including text, figures, images, or code) must be disclosed in the acknowledgements section, specifying the AI tool used and the relevant parts of the paper. The use of AI solely for language editing or grammar improvement does not require disclosure but is recommended.
Authors must ensure that the manuscript similarity index is below 30%. Submissions with a similarity score of 30% or higher will be rejected and not considered for ICVEE 2026.
Plagiarism Policy
Whether intentional or not, plagiarism is a serious violation. Plagiarism is the copying of ideas, text, data and other creative work (e.g., tables, figures and graphs) and presenting it as original research without proper citation. We define the maximum plagiarism of 20% similarity is acceptable.
Plagiarism, whether intentional or unintentional, is a serious violation of academic integrity. Plagiarism includes the use, copying, or reproduction of ideas, text, data, or other creative works (such as tables, figures, graphs, and images) without proper acknowledgment or citation, and presenting them as original work.
All submitted manuscripts to ICVEE 2026 must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Authors are fully responsible for ensuring the originality of their submissions.
ICVEE 2026 applies a plagiarism screening process using similarity detection software. A maximum similarity index of 20% is acceptable, excluding references, citations, and commonly used technical phrases. Any manuscript exceeding this limit may be subject to rejection or revision at the discretion of the conference committee.
The conference committee takes plagiarism very seriously. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarism at any stage of the review or publication process before or after acceptance will be immediately rejected or withdrawn without prior notice. The decision of the committee in such cases is final.
By submitting a manuscript to ICVEE 2026, authors agree to comply with this plagiarism policy and uphold the highest standards of academic honesty and ethical publishing.
