Submissions and Presentations
How do I submit a paper for the conference?
Papers must be submitted through the online submission system available on the official conference website. Please follow the submission guidelines carefully.

Are there specific guidelines for paper formatting?
Yes. All submitted papers must follow the IEEE Conference formatting guidelines. Authors are required to use the official IEEE template (Word or LaTeX). Papers should be written in Times New Roman, 10-point font, with a maximum length of 6 pages including figures, tables, and references. Final submissions must be in PDF format and comply with IEEE PDF eXpress requirements.
When will I be notified if my submission is accepted?
Authors will receive acceptance notifications on July 27, 2026.
How long should presentations be?
Each presentation is allocated 15 minutes, followed by a 10-minute Q&A session.
Can I request a specific time slot for my presentation?
Specific time slots cannot be guaranteed. However, authors may indicate their preferences during submission, and the committee will try to accommodate them when possible.

What is the schedule for the conference?
The complete conference schedule will be published on the official website and included in the conference program booklet.

Yes, lunch and coffee breaks will be provided for all registered onsite participants.
