The 9th International Conference on Vocational Education and Electrical Engineering (ICVEE 2026) is an international academic conference organized by the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Surabaya (FT-UNESA). The conference will be held in a hybrid format on 17–18 September 2026 at Swiss-Belinn Juanda Airport, Surabaya, Indonesia, allowing both onsite and online participation from global contributors.

ICVEE 2026 serves as a reputable forum for academics, researchers, educators, and industry practitioners to present and discuss case studies, theoretical papers, empirical research, and innovative practices within the broad fields of Vocational Education, Electrical Engineering, and Informatics Engineering. The conference aims to strengthen collaboration between academia and industry while fostering the development of applied research and technological innovation.

The theme of ICVEE 2026, “Advancing Intelligent Technologies and Vocational Engineering for Sustainable Infrastructure and Communities”, emphasizes the vital role of intelligent systems, vocational engineering, and technological innovation in supporting sustainable infrastructure and empowering communities. This theme reflects the conference’s commitment to promoting education and technology that contribute to long-term sustainability, resilience, and societal well-being.

ICVEE 2026 is technically supported by the IEEE Indonesia Section. All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. Through keynote speeches, technical sessions, and scholarly discussions, ICVEE 2026 aims to be a strategic platform for advancing intelligent technologies and vocational education to address current and future global challenges.
