  3. Abstract: An abstract of no more than 250 words should be included at the beginning of the paper, after the title and author information. The abstract should be in 10-point size, italicized.

  4. Submission Format: Final submissions should be in PDF format, with all fonts embedded. Ensure that your paper complies with the IEEE PDF eXpress requirements before submission.
