PLAGIARISM POLICY ICVEE 2026

Plagiarism, whether intentional or unintentional, is a serious violation of academic integrity. Plagiarism includes the use, copying, or reproduction of ideas, text, data, or other creative works (such as tables, figures, graphs, and images) without proper acknowledgment or citation, and presenting them as original work.

All submitted manuscripts to ICVEE 2026 must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Authors are fully responsible for ensuring the originality of their submissions.

ICVEE 2026 applies a plagiarism screening process using similarity detection software. A maximum similarity index of 20% is acceptable, excluding references, citations, and commonly used technical phrases. Any manuscript exceeding this limit may be subject to rejection or revision at the discretion of the conference committee.

The conference committee takes plagiarism very seriously. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarism at any stage of the review or publication process—before or after acceptance—will be immediately rejected or withdrawn without prior notice. The decision of the committee in such cases is final.

By submitting a manuscript to ICVEE 2026, authors agree to comply with this plagiarism policy and uphold the highest standards of academic honesty and ethical publishing.
