Ensure your manuscript has been revised with a similarity rating of less than 30%

Visit the IEEE PDF eXpress website at https://ieee-pdf-express.org

First-time users have to do the following:

• Select the New Users – Click here link
• Enter the following:
  • The conference ID is 57061X
  • your email address
  • a password

Continue to enter information as requested.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the same steps above and enter the same password used in the previous conferences. Verify that your contact detail is valid.

For each paper ID created, IEEE PDF eXpress can convert up to 20 source files and check 10 PDF files. Source files can be from Microsoft Word and many others.
